Learning to communicate is the central theme of the Professional Conference at the 15th Fira Mediterrània Manresa

The 15^th Fira Mediterrània Manresa presents a two-day Professional Conference on the topic of ‘Communication in Cultural Projects’, focusing on communication and image. The conference will be held on 8 and 9 November.

We will be taking a look at around fifteen projects to examine and discuss innovative kinds of cultural communication in a context where participation and new technology have brought huge changes to the sector, and where boundaries between the local and the global are becoming increasingly blurred. Using panel discussions on good practice, talks and round tables, we will be learning about communication strategies applied to the world of performance and culture. To set up the connection with Fira’s 2012 guest artist, Isaki Lacuesta, winner of the Concha de Oro award at the San Sebastián Film Festival, audio-visual media will also play a major role at the conference, with practical training provided by the Venusplutón platform.
