Fira Mediterrània of Manresa receives 320 artistic proposals more than last year

Yesterday, Monday 24 March, was the deadline for presenting artistic proposals for the 17th Fira Mediterrània of Manresa, due to be held from 9 to 12 October this year, with a total of 940 projects put forward (a figure only exceeded in 2011, when 956 proposals were received). The total number of proposals received this year by Fira organisers is a record-breaking increase of 320 projects compared to last year, when 620 were submitted.

All the proposals will now undergo assessment by the artistic directors and members of the artistic panel. Groups and companies selected for the official programme will be notified by e-mail by 4 July.
