We are at Fresh Street, the international seminar on street performance in Portugal

From today until Friday, Fira Mediterrània de Manresa will be at Fresh Street, an international seminar on street performance. The event is taking place in the Portuguese city of Santa Maria da Feira as part of Imaginarius, the International Street Theatre Festival. The goal of this event is to promote new outlooks and networking within street performance.

Fresh Street is organised by the Circostrada Network (which aims to develop and give structure to circus and street performance in Europe) and ARTCENA. The first Fresh Street was held in Tàrrega (Catalonia, Spain), and it attracted more than 300 industry professionals from 30 different countries. The second year of the event will see artists, booking agents, media representatives, researchers and political agents gather to focus on exchange, networking and debate about the industry.
