Fira Mediterrània at Womex
From today until Sunday 25 October, Fira Mediterrània will be attending the world music festival Womex, which takes place this year in Budapest (Hungary). Fira is one of 20 Catalan companies and institutions -34% of the overall Spanish representation- attending Womex. Fira Mediterrània will be at the Generalitat [regional government] of Catalonia’s Ministry of Culture stand and, on Saturday, Fira will provide an aperitif with Estrella DAMM to promote networking with registered delegates.

Womex is considered to be the biggest world music expo. There are more than 2,200 industry professionals registered at the event and 1,200 companies from 90 countries.
